Sales wise its great. But service wise, the loaner car I got externally looks nice but interior is disgusting. There is stains everywhere, dirt, no vacuuming done, smells of weed and cigarettes. I wiped down the steering wheel and shifter with a chlorox wipe and it was brown. Cmon man, youre suppose to be AUDI.
