Extremely arrogant people (I dealt with Joel). You pay crazy money for their time and they don’t even bother to reply to basic inquires. Once you have fallen on their trap you are on your own. Similar sick attitude as well from the solicitors they use (Spire Solicitors). Avoid at all cost.
