This VETERINARY CLINIC is DANGEROUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE. My dog was VERY SICK, but the medication they gave DID NOT HELP AT ALL. When I asked what medicine was injected, they REFUSED TO GIVE CLEAR DETAILS. Instead of providing proper treatment, they IGNORED MY CONCERNS and made my dog STRESS MORE. They also wanted to KEEP MY DOG IN THEIR UNSANITIZED CAGES, which is UNSAFE and against basic veterinary rules. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 This veterinary clinic showed gross negligence and unprofessional conduct. Despite being informed that my dog was in critical condition due to Parvo, immediate and appropriate care was not provided. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff. This VETERINARY CLINIC is completely NEGLIGENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. My dog was in CRITICAL CONDITION, but they DID NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION to give IV FLUIDS or take my dog HOME. They wanted me to CONFINEMENT my dog in their UNSANITIZED CAGES, even though this is DANGEROUS and against basic veterinary rules. Doc Bido is one of the kindest vets I've been to. He is always ready to help for as long as he's available. I brought my cat for catheterization and my cat got well. He charged me at a very reasonable price as well, no hidden and extra charges unlike other vet clinics. But just like the other comments here, the clinic is not good for maselan pet owners. But for the vet's expertise, totally 5 stars for me.
Doc Bido is the best!!! He saved my furbaby 2x already, 2 surgeries and my furbaby is back and healthy after.
