I am not quite sure where to begin with this review…so I will say this...if you are hesitating to call the team and are perusing reviews to decide, then wait no longer and call them immediately. My husband and I had been researching gardeners/landscapers for months before we discovered Bicester Landscapes and it has been the best decision we have made since we took our vows. We had Ariel, come to do our lawn in January. I’ve held off giving an immediate review because sometimes a quick review isn’t always the sign of a good job. 5 months down the line I’m still as happy as I was when the job was completed. Ariel and his team were great with communication, describing what they would do and why. They arrived on time and were also very clean and tidy and they have done a brilliant job laying artificial grass. I couldn’t recommend them enough and we would use them again without hesitation.
Highly recommend this small family firm. They did a great job of installing my artificial lawn, see photo. Their work ethics are excellent discussing the progress with me when required and the best thing was they cleared up each night before leaving, which left the area clean and tidy.
I can’t recommend this family-run business highly enough! As well as all the good things written in other reviews, they are very good listeners and will go out of their way to provide exactly what their customers want. They work fast and late, are very courteous, obviously enjoy what they do and are wanting to fulfil their client’s dreams.
