We very recently had the message warning ‘suspension fault’ on our discovery 4, at the time we really need it to attend hospital appointments. Within 3 days of initially asking Mark Smith 4x4 Bicester for help without a prior appointment, the garage have very kindly repaired the vehicle and it’s home ready to use again, really appreciated service.
Chris and the team have reliably looked after our RR’s and a Defender for over six years. Always up front, accommodating, and quality service every time. Highly recommend.
These guys don’t know the idea of customer service. I’ve seen a dying Santorini donkey more helpful than the guy on reception.Sarcastic, rude and looks like he had to fight his way onto earth. No business should be sent his way. Doesn’t know what bridges he’s broken unfortunately.
