Was 5 minutes away from signing a deal on a 2019 CRV, when we 1st spoke with our salesman about needing a service loaner , he spoke with the service mgr and he said ok as long it’s not for oil changes etc. , today when we asked to have that in writing, they wouldn’t put in writing but kept insisting the loaners wouldn’t be a problem if scheduled in advance. Sorry but where I come from, if something is agreed upon, always get it in writing!!! Gonna visit Subaru & Nissan tomorrow!

I worked with Dave Reash to trade in my stinkin lincoln for a 2018 HRV EX. The process was easy, quick, and pressure free. Dave was patient with me when I came in not even really sure what I wanted and even took the time to show us all the features and configurations that the HRV offered, which wasnt something that anybody at any other dealer had done for me. I am really excited to be back in a Honda! My only complaint is that he was wearing a Steelers jersey when everybody knows that the Bills are where its at.

My vehicle was totaled by a deer. I was rushing to replace it. When I got to Bianchi Honda I had already been to several dealerships and was very discouraged. I had been driving the same make and model (not Honda) for years. But I wanted to look at what was available and see if I could find a different model I was comfortable in. Garrett May was great.
