I went to Bianchi Honda for a oil change for my Honda Civic, after that oil change my engine started making weird noises, I called Honda and when I brought my car in they didn't want to look at my car unless I paid them $100 an hour to get a diagnosis on my engine which is ridiculous knowing that my car had no issues prior to that oil change, definitely lost my respect for this service team 👎
RecommendedCalled the service department for my Jeep tire not holding air. Needed it fixed asap and they got me right in! Showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate for repair...my tire was fixed within an hour! Always a great experience going to Bianchi Honda!

The level of customer service is unmatched. I have known Dan Milhisler since grace school, and I would never go anywhere else because of him. He always makes things easy and painless. Very friendly staff and HONEST! Far better experience than we had with any dealer in Jamestown. With prices nobody around here could beat and larger selection as well. I have learned one thing if any from this experience, the local dealers are thieves in comparison, an just like other Erie dealers have said, Jamestown dealers are the best salesmen for them lol
