Sold Itself Found truck on Edmunds and emailed dealer. Repeated over three days with no response. Told them I would be purchasing vehicle in next two days. Day four, finally set up test drive for vehicle. THREE HOURS to do paperwork seems extreme. SMOKIN DEAL on a GREAT truck. But beyond price, dealership did nothing - not even a cup of coffee

Josh Elliott is great to deal with. He was juggling multiple customers today but I still feel like we had his undivided attention. No games...no asking how much you want your monthly payments to be...gave us exactly what we wanted on our trade in. I loathe car shopping but Josh makes the experience as stress free and welcoming as possible.

All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Dylan Reynolds was very patient, personable and friendly to work with! Answered all of my questions, not overbearing. Very laid back atmosphere and I didnt feel pressured to make my decision! Mike Mobilia in financing was also very personable and fun to talk to!

Best service on the planet. Sometimes not the least expensive but certainly above and beyond service. Great sales experience with absolutely no pressure. I was having trouble finding a car that I liked. New car cabins are uncomfortable for me. The new 4 cylinder turbos met my acceleration requirement, but not my comfort requirement. Then I discovered the 2017 Accord with a 6 cylinder. Gobbled it right up. Ted did everything the right way to make me comfortable with my buying experience.
