I am extremely disappointed in how inefficiently and callously this establishment functions. I went to great lengths to drop my car off at exactly 730 this morning and was guaranteed it would be finished by 3:00. Due to apparently multiple failures in communication on their part, they failed to do anything with my car except tell me that it is in urgent need of repair right away. There was absolutely no reason for this. It was more than an inconvenience. This was outright professional.
Less than an hour, that is how long I was there. Ted did a great job having me do everything before making the trip to Erie from Jamestown. I went on line to look at my choices and finally got the color I have always wanted! Thanks to Bianchi and especially Ted for an awesome, hassle free experience.

This is my 4th Honda! I am so glad I went to Bianchi! Yes I knew I wanted the 2016 Pilot, but they made it so easy. My salesman Vinnie Graham was straightforward and honest- I found it very refreshing! This is my 5th CR-V after havng 2 Civics and an Accord. Most of them were leased vehicles but this last one I am buying. I have worked with the same salesman for four if these transactions. The experience each time has been painless, the salesman knowledgeable about his product and the whole transaction completed in about 3 hours time. That is what keeps me going back to Bianchi.
We had a very exceptional experience at Bianchi Honda. Our salesman Chad, was very helpful & friendly. We now have 2 Hondas and we are very happy with both.
