My fourth Honda. Best new car buying experience ever. No pressure, no hassle, no surprises other than the dealer's willingness to meet our price! Bianchi and Chris, our sales rep, could not have made this any easier or more pleasant. And I love the CRV Touring.
I have worked with Biachi Honda (Ted Rau) for the past 10 years. It is top notch and you feel as you are the only customer. I have never had a negative experience. The sales, service department, business office are number one! When you are ready to take your car, they go over all the features with you. They will even set up your phone! You will not be disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money and didn't even fix anything.
We purchased a used 2013 Subaru Crosstek from Ken Hammer and couldn't be happier. We got a really great car and a really great deal. Additionally I've bought a lot of vehicles and this was the most painless, fastest purchase I've ever made!
I walked into Bianchi knowing exactly what I wanted and Joe Letto got me exactly what I wanted. I got a great deal. No pressure. And a much nicer vehicle than I ever expected. I just recently purchased a CR-V form this dealership. Although I ive in Northeast Ohio, I drove to Erie, about 55 miles to get my car. several reasons great price, and since I buy all of my cars and trucks on line, they have great internet service. They really do not care who you talk to on line, just as long as you are taking care of, is all they care. When i went to pick up my car, I was totally blown away from meeting my salesman to there showroom, snack bar, and all the other salesman and people i came in contact with. ... read more
