Fastest I've ever gotten an oil change. They checked all my fluids and shenanigans and even recommended a tire rotation which they did there. Less than 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Provided coffee, water, cookies, fruit, good selection of magazines and tv. Highly recommended!
When my car broke down I immediately called Bianchi Honda. I was most fortunate to have been transferred to Scott Fling when I asked to speak with someone in the service department! Talking to Scott felt like I was talking to an old friend, calming and reassuring. Scott delivered on every promise he made to me, including getting my car repaired as quickly as possible. There is a new SUNFLOWER buzzing around our area, thanks to the superb knowledge and negotiating skills of our salesperson, Mike Weese. We had loooked at Honda Fits a few years ago. I was dreading the whole negotiation process but it was a joy. Jason's presence and willingness to work with us surely sealed the deal. There were 4 other North East families at Bianchi Honda the day we were there. No wonder there were 13-14 sales that day....we will surely be return customers.
Yesterday I picked up my beautiful black Accord coupe. This is my fourth car from Ted and Bianchi Honda. The best part about the shopping experience is the no pressure approach. And Ted very patiently walked around the lot with me to show me the new colors of the 2016 Accord coupe. I also know that after the sale, the staff at Bianchi Honda continues to treat customers well.
