Horrible experience using BHW with my recent house move. I was made to feel guilty when asking for an update on my case at any time. Got an invoice (paid in full) turned out that they overcharged me by almost £1k. Embarrassing... Didn't even get close to an apology from any of their staff. On a Human level I will never understand how any of the people I dealt with get any sleep. Avoid at all costs
