Couldn't go any lower than 1*. Awful customer service, tried to palm off a return to their supplier, no one responds to anything and always an excuse for not fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer. Don't use them!!
They refuse to take returns.... Bought a shower trap from them, it turned up a couple of weeks later. Turns out it didnt quite fit. Looked at the T&Cs for returns..you must email before you send it (alarm bells started ringing!) then they take off 25% for "restocking". OK so i thought i'd take the hit. EMailed them..... no response Waited...... no response Sent the shower trap back with all the returns forms Courier tried 3 times to deliver Eventually it gets returned to back to me Looks like its been opened as the packaging... read more
BUYER'S BEWARE. Simply dreadful customer service. Mirror delivered in pieces. Contacted BHS straight away. Advised they'd collect and a new one would be delivered (should be noted the first one took nearly two weeks to be delivered). I advised we had contractors in fitted the new bathroom and the replacement needed to arrive that week to enable the contractor to fit it, hasten to add it didn't arrive at all.
