I first used Nelson’s (on a recommendation) in 2018 when they treated a room in an old terraced house. Previous ‘tradesmen’ had been certain they could fix the issue of flaking damp on a chimney breast but each time it came back. Nelson’s were recommended to me and came out promptly, identified and explained the issue and what would be involved in fixing it.
