Every time am at this surgery the doctors are very helpful. The only problem is the waiting time for me every time. Each appointment I have been made to wait 25 to an hour. I have learnt to turn up on the dot but waiting time is always longer and at the reception I always get a bizarre reaction from the receptionist no matter which one. Like I am covered in slime.
