I love my extensions ! The company has been the best ever to work with ! I will definitely be buying more products !!
I have tried to contact the company twice and have not heard a response. I bought the flip and go hair extensions from the local fair this past weekend and they've been nothing but issues for me. Clumps of hair are already falling out, the wire has pulled already. I only wore it once. I'm not happy with the purchase at all. I was told by a representative that there is a "lifetime warranty" on them. Not just the styling tools, the hair as well. Which made me more comfortable paying such a high price. I LOVE my heat brush, but DO NOT like the company's customer service. I bought the heat brush at the Alameda County Fair last year and some of the silicone tip bristles started breaking off in a few months. Without the silicone tips on the bristles, it is easy to burn your scalp! I contacted customer service a few months ago and was told it is still under warranty but Beyond the Beauty wanted me to pay another $35 to have it replaced!
