Company is a ripoff. Bought one of their straighteners less than a year ago with a lifetime warranty and it's falling apart. Upon contacting them they tried to sell me another straightener at a "reduced" price and refuse to honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Would not recommend ordering from them. They cancelled my order which was for a gift, leaving me without one, with no explanation as to why they did so and will not respond.

The flat iron they try on your hair at the stand in Lenox is definitely not the one she sold me! Not to mention the one that I bought is online for 49.00! I’m beyond pissed that they would be taking advantage people!
I was recently duped into buying one of your flat irons at Lenox mall, Atlanta. The sales person showed a demo of a hair iron that had steam and delivered amazing results. He quoted a price of $190 and then said that he had an offer on some pieces for $89. My husband indulged me in buying the iron. I came home to find out that the iron given to me was just like my existing one. It has no steam. It takes multiple attempts to straighten my hair and it pulls my hair. I hate it!
