DON'T DO IT. I was told my straightener came with a lifetime, no questions asked warranty. Got home and opened the box to see it came with a limited 2 year warranty, and you have to pay $35 each time. I mentioned how I have kids who drop mine from time to time so the warranty would be awesome. Sales girl specifically brought up a customer who used the incorrect adapter and killed hers. Buyer Beware!! I also was scammed by this company. I bought 2 products at the hair show in Long Beach and was overcharged without knowing. The owner said several times he'd refund my money during my multiple calls but found reasons every time to put me off. It's been over 6 weeks now and he won't answer my calls or respond by text. If you deal with this company CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU PAY, better yet get the same thing or better online and at a MUCH better price!! I am having a horrible experience with this company. I was in Las Vegas in a mall and was convinced at a stand to buy the flat iron along with many products. I already had two flat irons but I decided to purchase this one as the worker convinced me it was worth it. So I bought it and within two months it stopped working! I am now in South Africa and will be in Australia for the next 3 months.
