My husband purchased a flat iron that hey were selling for Christmas at Kiosk in the Auburn Mall in MA November 2012. This was found after finally opening the gift to be non working the plates did not heat up at all. The original one was plain pink. I worked with the company to receive a replacement which they sent a Zebra pink one in January of 2013.
