The booking process was very efficient, no problem at all. On collection day, the van was inspected before we took it away. The terms and conditions were explained, after a few signatures, all good to go. It was perfect for our needs. The staff in the office were very polite, friendly and accommodating. On return of the vehicle, again as expected van inspected, all good. We did not need to leave our own vehicle but could have, there was plenty of secure parking. Would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone. No fuss, very easy and convenient. And the staff are really friendly as well. Nice to see that at least in this company, true customer service is alive and kicking.

Terrible Service and conned us out of £428.00. We had a van on hire with them, called up to extend the hire and were charged £678.00 for 4 additional days hire, clearly a mistake, we dropped the vehicle back on the same day (First day of extended hire) and requested a refund, the response was 'my business partner is on holiday, I'll sort when he's back', 2 weeks later and still no refund, we chased again and he said his partner was still on holiday, when they finally agreed to give us a refund their attitude was shocking, we... read more

Hired a transit for 2 days the staff are brilliant and very courteous. Very reasonable in terms of price. Van was in good condition. Would recommend highly.
