Had a rat issue and after a very prompt reply to my phone call had an initial visit from Rob(senior) who diagnosed issue. Two follow up visits since and no sign of them since first visit. Great service and a very friendly guy. Highly recommend. They cover virtually the whole of Kent and SE London so dont get put of by the name.
Rob was extremely helpful on the phone today! What I thought were wasps & had been quoted over £100 by another pest control company, Rob thought they were honey bees & confirmed this once I’d sent some photos & a video to him. He also sent a detailed explanation of the differences between wasps & honey bees which was really useful & a beekeeper’s contact number if needed. He went above & beyond so would 100% recommend the company!! Thanks Rob
