I had an X-ray performed at Bexley Dental Practice about six weeks ago, for which I paid in good faith. Despite my request for a copy of the X-ray, I was met with silence for four weeks. First contacted the reception and asked for the my Xray and they said will ask Mrs. Bracka the dentist but they never got back to me. When I finally took the initiative to visit the surgery in person, Ms. Bracka informed me that they still needed more time to process my request. Second time I've been referred to this dentists and very polite staff and very clean and professional service would recommend as I had a fear of dentists but here the staff are very curtious are very mindful if you express this to them
I am the most nervous of patients. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to..friendly and professional but also very caring ..the atmosphere is like a family environment..
