I don't know where to start and explain... The service I received for the money I paid was completely bad , and the manager was very rude, a complete disgrace.
If I could give zero stars I would My husband brought in his classic 60’s van to be cleaned . Before he could look up a man had jumped in to reverse it ( All other car washes ask my husband to move it knowing it’s classic and gears are unusual ) The man ruined his gearbox with the shift stick moved incorrectly and then they had the cheek to let him pay . When I next pass I feel like stopping and getting some compensation for their error

Absolutely shocking service – avoid at all costs! Just had the worst experience at Bexhill Carwash. £30 for what? A rushed 10-minute job that left my car looking worse than when I brought it in. They claimed it included polish and wax – what a joke. There's zero shine, zero difference, and it feels like they just sprayed water on it and called it a day. The inside is no better.
