Landlord review. Can't give zero rating. Does £1000s of maintenance then takes directly from rent collected without prior approval. Had one of their employees in my property and they all let the place rot so I'll let you decide why that was bearing in mind they do loads of repair works without landlord approval. Their workman do substandard work and they don't send full receipts to prove work was actually done. No photos of work needed or anything. BEWARE i left Bevers happy to get away and choose Leaders who so far so good.... read more
