DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE Do NOT go to this vet. I will never ever recommend any sane person to ever pay a visit here unless they want to hurt their own pet. I never bother to review anything online, but this needed to be said here to warn other pet owners who love their pets. The vet is not only rude, but just simply terrible at his job. He's left my tiny 5 pound dog full of staples to sew up the incision of the stomach muscles inside after an operation to spay my dog. He doesn't even know how to stitch up incisions p... read more

Kind and Respectful Care of Animals I have taken my pets to Dr. Kim for over 10 yrs. He provides excellent care to all my animals. I moved but now drive 20 miles so they can remain under his care.

Great Veterinarian Dr. Kim and his staff took excellent care of my 20 year old cat. I was greeted with warm and friendly service and I would not trust anyone else with my cats.

AMAZING Vet. Dr. Kim is the most compassionate DVM that I have taken my dogs to. Another clinic tried to put my dog down with the thought he had Parvo. Dr. Kim proved them wrong, and didnt even charge me for the visit. He talks to my dogs, and loves them as much as I do. My dogs even love to see him, even during a digital rectal exam (men, we know how uncomfortable that can be). He has even worked with the homeless that have brought their pets in (without charge). For the critics, I challenge them to work with patients that ... read more

Compassionate, professional service I've been going to Dr. Kim for 12 years. I've had both cats and dogs in that time. On every visit over the years I have found the staff to be professional and pleasant. Both of my cats lived to be 17 years old with no complications, when it came time to put them to sleep Dr. Kim was extremely supportive, even going so far as to remind me that all animals go to heaven, and even though I am not religious it did help me to feel better.

Just terrible! Staff and all! Not only is the Dr. terrible and has no idea what he's doing, the front desk receptionist seems to be a tad slow, disinterested, and unprofessional. I took my cat for regular shots and to get de-wormed. I described the worms I saw to him and he just gave random shots without even doing a fecal exam. Needless to say, the worms are still there so I guess out of all that randomness, he still didn't hit the target.

A Welcoming Place We've been taking our pets to Beverly Virgil since 1997. Dr. Kim is thorough in his medical care and has always treated our pets (and us) with the utmost compassion, kindness, and respect. He recently performed surgery on our older dog's gums, extracting 12 teeth as well. He made sure we were well-equipped with antibiotics, pain meds, and an oral rinse for her recovery at home, and he of course had her back in for a check-up the following week as well. (She smells so much better!!) Prices at Beverly Virgil ... read more

A compassionate professional you can count on As being the owner of four dogs, a vet is very important person to me and to my beloved four-legged kids. Dr. Seung Kim of Beverly Virgil Animal Hospital has taken care of all of my dogs since I've adopted the first one, Jerome, 12 years ago and has never turned me down. He is a highly competent and compassionate vet whom I always recommend to my friends. I remember one cold night when my Yorkie passed away from heart attack during cataract surgery three years ago. He waited for ... read more

Totally Satisifed Dr. Kim helped me picked out my very first puppy and took care of him until his passing. I am very satisfied with the care my dog received. I especially appreciate Dr. Kim??s compassion at the time when I had to put my dog to sleep (at the age of 15). I am now with my second dog which is also under Dr. Kim's care. I am confident that my dog will continue to receive the good care that he deserves.
