Today was our spring inspection under our agreement with Beverly. When scheduling I informed the scheduler, there was a problem with the pump. Simon arrived on time, introduced himself, and review the pump determining it needed to be replaced. That accomplished, the air conditioning inspection was started including changing the air cleaner filter and then proceeding to the outside unit, checked and cleaned the unit. I want to thank Jesica for outstanding customer service. I was having a very difficult time with HSA. Every time I called into Beverly Service, Jessica was empathetic and took ownership for my problem. Even though I was on the phone, I could tell Jessica was smiling and not put off by having to help me. THANK YOU Jessica!

Today Simon T**** provided A/C annual service and filter replacement. Simon did an excellent job. He is personable and did not waste my time or his, nor did he try to sell me any unnecessary additional services.

Had Fred F. for a service tech. He was great, very professional. Figured out the issue with our heat pump, and had it fixed in 30 mins. Thanks for sending him out!
