Beverly Services Service Rep. Deo B****** came to my home on 5/18/18. We were having trouble with no A/C blowing, only warm air was circulating. He looked at our A/C system in the basement and outside as well as the thermostat in in our home. Problem solved and he was courteous, efficient and thorough. he even played with our dog. My husband was not yet home and he usually meets with anyone doing work around the house. I was pleased with his service.

Beverly services replaced a difficult to reach AC unit in our attic last year, and will be replacing our downstairs unit this year. Professional, courteous, responsive and willing to share options. 4 out of 5 only because we can't get on the schedule for 3+ weeks.

Jim F******* was here today to do the Spring A/C tuneup. As usual, he did a fine job - competent, thorough, explains what he did and why, leaves the work site neat and clean. I consider him a top notch service man.

Scott removed an old AC and furnace and installed the new system in one day. Very hard working and professional. Cleaned up and showed me how the new system worked. Very satisfied with the whole job
