Great service. Arrived within time window. Have a complicated system, didn't faze him one bit. Very polite, neat and thorough.
Jim is the only person who has been able to figure out our boiler system. He will finish getting it spiffied up in the fall. I'm so happy to get really expert work done. The "team"? I don't know the other person mentioned. I have never met any of the office staff. I thought the person who set up the appointment was named Tammy.
