I had my annual a/c tune-up today and Jim was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have had him do the tune-up in years past and was very pleased to see him again.

Beverly Service repaired the coil on my furnace. Jim F******* was the Service Technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been using Beverly for over 10 years now.

I had an annual check of my home air conditioner done by Beverly Services. Everything was pronounced fine but four days later my air conditioner was not cooling my home at all. I made arrangements for them to come and check it again. Two very nice gentlemen came and worked about an hour and a half on it and determined the problem was a blocked coil. We have dealt with Hafer/ Beverly Services for over thirty years. Never had a bad experience. Today, Field Technician Steve R****** came for scheduled service of our air condtioning system. He was quite thorough and did a great job. One observation. I noted he had an impressive tool kit. When I asked him about it, I found he bought it on his own from a company dealing in this field. I highly recommend Beverly Services. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were on time (early actually), very professional, did a fantastic job installing my new a/c and furnace, and cleaned up when they left. Scott explained everything he did and told me about the new units. He is very knowledgeable about what he does.

After waiting thru two days of no AC I was not very happy when by 5:00 PM on the third day Mr. Brandon B**** came to my home after being dispatched by Samantha. What a wonderful asset Mr. B**** is to the company. First of all he was very competent, knew what the problem was and explained to me every step in what he was doing and why he was doing it to remedy the problem.
