My furnace was down and it was getting cold. I had another company at my home about a month before for a furnace problem but it quit working again. Simon T from Beverly Services arrived and was very knowledgeable and went right to work. He identified and corrected the problems that were left unresolved by the other company and my furnace has been working fine since his service. I have used Beverly services for years. Fred F*** is an amazing technician. He is very patient and takes the time to explain what is wrong and how he will fix it. He also fixes items that were not part of the call to make sure when he leaves the job it is done right. I work in the customer service industry and have been for close to 20 years and it is hard to find good hard working knowledgeable talent who care. Fred is one of those people and deserves a raise. I have used Beverly Services many times over the past 15 years for both plumbing repairs and HVAC work. They're a bit pricey but the completed job has always been done on time and very thorough. The latest visit was from Scott B to replace an outside shut-off valve with bleeder and old stationary tub fixture replacement. Jim was here promptly within the half hour time frame window given us and efficiently and expertly repaired our furnace. After not having heat over the past 3 days in pretty chilly temps, he had our furnace warming us once again in short order! We where very happy with the service. Dan was our serviceman, He was such a great guy. Went above and beyond for us. We would certainly recommend Beverly Services. They are very good company.

Simon T. did our annual furnace inspection this morning. Simon was courteous and professional and did a thorough job of checking out the furnace. Your Service Provider Jim F******* just left here after testing my furnace for the upcoming winter season. He was a terrific service provider!
