Jim F******* was competent, friendly and very professional. He patiently answered all my questions and readily shared info that he thought would be helpful to us. We are going to ask for him specifically for any future service. I think that is the best compliment.

Beverly Services and our Service Provider John C******* did an all around fantastic job. Quick response time, prompt & friendly service & did exceptional work on our unexpected bathroom plumbing needs. John also did a fabulous job explaining the initial repairs along with tackling additional related improvements & fixes. Many thanks to Beverly Services & to John C******* for such a great job!! I woke up in the morning and my furnace quit working in the middle of the night and it was snowing. I called Beverly at 8:00 am, right when they opened. The staff member on the phone said we can get someone out to the house within the hour. And 1 hour later, Jim F. was here. I showed him to the basement where the furnace was, he said he needs to run a few diagnostics. then came back upstairs. I called Beverly Services to run a dedicated supply line for my furnace. Ron *****was at my house at the appointment time and completed the job in record time. I am very happy with the service I received from Beverly Services. I currently have Beverly Services perform an annual check on my furnace and air conditioner. I most definitely call Beverly Services in the future.

My furnace quit working on one of the coldest mornings of the season. Your serviceman, Jeff, came to my house promptly after I called. He found the problem right away, got the part needed and installed it very quickly. Total time from when I first called until my furnace was running again was about three hours. I'm very impressed with your service.

Rich Y., Fred F. and Jeff B. set me up with and installed the gas space heater I needed for my attached garage. All were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a neat installation, explained everything clearly, cleaned up thoroughly, and took good care of us. We have been using Beverly Services for many years for for heating, electrical, and plumbing needs because of their professional and proficient work, good employees, and prompt response.

Our hot water tank blew on New Years Eve. We contacted Beverly Services. They had someone talk us through what our immediate options were and the things we immediately needed to address for safety until a technician could arrive. We opted to wait until after New Years to have someone come out. Our technician (Justin P) was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous, thorough and cleaned up to the point I would have never known he was there. He explained everything he was going to do and why it needed to be done. I called Beverly Services as I was having serious issues with my hot water heat. I was so fortunate that they sent Jim F******* to my home. The man knows what he is doing! He zeroed in on the problems and made repairs quickly AND - he was a gentleman, he cleaned up and and left everything as he found it - I could not ask for more! ***** ***** ****
