This is the second time we have had Jim F******* out to check our heating and cooling system. He is competent, pleasant and patient with all my questions. We feel comfortable with Jim and will always ask for him.

Beverly Services is a good company. They go above and beyond the initial parameters to finish the job well. The most recent example is from May 9 when Marty F*** beautifully soldered copper piping and replaced the utility sink faucet. The employees are professional and personable.

Jim F******* was very professional & knowledgeable when we had a problem with our AC last summer. He solved the problem quickly. We always request him to come for our yearly checks. I highly recommend him.

Justin P. did an excellent job at diagnosing and remediating the failure of a water heater assembly. He was able to identify all of the components that had failed in a cascade fashion: The initial failure of an overflow tank led to failure of the electronic control systems and sensors, and the natural gas supply system. He also identified that root cause of the tank failure (its installation too close to a heat source and lack of mechanical support of it, as well as overly high water pressure). Justin P. quickly evaluated the problem, informed me of the plan and what could happen good or bad, executed the plan quickly and neatly, took the time to follow up with care instructions so the issue will not occur again. Also began quoting a replacement option should we move in that direction. I really enjoyed knowing all of the options.
