We always ask for Jim when we need servicing. He knows his job well, and does it right. We have never had to call back the company when he comes to service our furnace or air conditioner. We are very pleased with his service.

Beverly Services installed both our air conditioner & furnace. Simon T has been our tech. He is courteous always explains & shows us where our trouble is. We got same day service & the company delivered the part to our home for Simon to do our repairs. Our air conditioner went out July 4th & they had a repairman here in an hour. Great employees & a great company.

Justin P has been to my house many times in the past 3 years, for a variety of plumbing repairs, replacements, installations. He is highly skilled, very knowledgeable. meticulous, takes the extra steps to insure that the project is done right, works neatly , cleans up well when done, & is respectful of my house. He is unfailingly patient & pleasant in even difficult situations. I have always been more than pleased. And he has made friends with my cat!

Called Beverly Services due to a clogged house sewer line that had backed up into the basement. Steve arrived timely and made a quick and accurate assessment that the problem was outside at the house trap. He had to go into the street main for 40 feet or so to break the clog (perhaps the problem wasn't from my line). His assessment kept my basement from getting more sewer mess that it had. Jim F******* came to my house one cold October night when my pilot light had gone out, and my house was cold as ice. Even tho' there had been a scheduling snafu, he came anyway. He worked quickly, replaced my thermal coupler immediately, and got my house warm again in no time--he even reset my thermostat before he left. He is a professional who is a credit to Beverly Services-- couldn't thank him or them enough!
