I do not recommend this homecare agency. Poor level of care provided. As some carers were NOT washing their hands when arriving, not changing their gloves between personal care and handling food. Using the old technique the illegal grab- which they meant to use the sliding sheet instead laughing and belittling at my Nan as seen on hidden cameras. I’ve only seen one carer actually have all ppe on, washing hands frequently and change gloves.. the manager and supervisor is absolutely useless.

Very kind and caring service for my aging mother. A truly professional organization.
