Horrible staff , discriminatory treatment and extremely rude! High prices compared to same products that could be found online on other websites.I dont recommend it!Even 1 star is too much. Ze zijn onbeleefd, onbehulpzaam en ronduit discriminerend. Ik zag hoe het personeel mensen zonder reden de winkel uitgooide, puur omdat ze buitenlanders waren. Dus ben ik meteen vertrokken. Dit gedrag is onacceptabel, zowel van het personeel als van de eigenaar.
I recently visited this shop in Venlo and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While browsing the products, we were asked to step outside, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It gave the impression that we were being suspected of something without any reason. Additionally, the staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional, as they were eating in front of customers and made comments about us speaking another language. Me and my girlfriend were looking for a hiking jacket. We visited Bever Venlo and were assisted by a very kind lady. We both scored our jackets and would recommend going there! Super service
