Today I had a very unpleasant experience in this shop. I am a regular customer here, and I do love this shop. But today a guy with the name “Dick” was very disrespectful and careless. In fact, “I don’t care” is exactly what he said to me when I explained the issue I was having with one of the items. I do find it inappropriate to talk to customers like that. It’s a shame for the whole franchise to have staff like that. In this case, I have to admit: the name tag turned out to be surprisingly informative.
