Great staff; they gave me very useful advice about my current shoes and were honest about what needed replacing/could be fixed. Returned one order and ordered another pair of shoes in a bigger size, they were quick to work it out on their pc. At pickup a week later there was different staff who were also fast and friendly. Only issue: when it gets busy you'll have to wait a while to get help in the store and a while at checkout. So if you want to get out fast, make sure to come at a time when it's not busy.
