I registered for a 10:10 am appointment at around 8:30 am, arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:20. My problem was pretty simple but this would have taken much longer at my family doctor's office. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend BetterMed!
I went in today with a horrible stomach bug and could barely move. After Being treated, I feel like I can function again. There was no wait, and the staff was so sweet and caring! Highly recommend!
I was seen last night for a broken foot and sprained ankle and while everyone was great and fairly fast. I pull up to have my pain medication filled at the pharmacy and the tech tells me my rx is not signed by the Dr and cannot be filled. Of course by that time better med had closed. So, I went all night without pain meds. I called this morning and told the receptionist about my rx. She said they'd have the Dr sign the rx and I'd need to pick it up. Never apologized once. Great Staff, Quick Turn Around Time, Convenient Location, and Awesome Service!
Great experience. Excellence in medical care. The staff were professional and courteous. The facility was clean and modern. There was absolute no waiting time. Seen by Nurse Practitioner (Cathy). She was spot-on with treatment. I am a Registered Nurse and I know what qualities to see and they covered it!
In and out with a chest X-ray in 45 minutes. Just wished they filled prescriptions there.
