In this day and age why would you think it's ok to store people's personal credit card information? You will be turned away if you don't give them a card to keep in their system. This is wrong. Their billing has a lot of issues and once they take your money good luck getting it back. What true health care provider turns people away. I do not recommend this place.

Very professional, efficient, and clean during the Covid-19 situation. I felt very comfortable and listened too. I was in and out with a diagnosis and a prescription sent.
They refused to see me because I wouldn’t put a card on file and had to sit outside in the cold to wait for my ride! And when I asked them to “show me the new policy they are saying is in place to be seen you must have a card on file” and I was not shown anything!!! Who turns a sick person away with my copay (cash) in hand and all my insurance information and everything!!??! Not to mention, I’m an existing customer. I’m LIVID! 😡
Some of the employees don’t know how to treat injuries and when to say you need to go to the hospital rather than be treated improperly
I came in 2 1/2 weeks ago and ended up getting sick all over again 3 days later. I saw BRITTANY who was FANTASTIC. She has the best personal skills and came off extremely caring towards what was going on with me when I came to visit today. She made me aware it was only her 3rd day at this facility and I would have NEVER guessed - she had everything down packed and is VERY knowledgeable! I will definitely ask for Brittany next time I visit! 😊
I show up on time, after scheduling an appointment, to arrive and be told there is a hour wait.... so I left. When I asked why was I told that was my time to arrive... the answer was my visit was the time to be registered... but there is still a hour wait for the doctor. This was also after I stood waiting on an empty waiting room for some to come up to the front and acknowledge me. The staff is nice and facility is clean, but they have a new policy where they keep your credit card on file and automatically charge it for any charges insurance doesn’t cover after 5 days. That gives them no incentive to get money from insurance bc they’re guaranteed to get it from you. We all know insurance has errors and tries not to pay, so I see this being very problematic and I could very easily be charged for stuff my insurance should cover but processed wrong. Two times in row- terrible experience. First was an incorrect diagnosis and the second no one in the office and a long wait.
