Never give your business to this location or chain. Never been more embarrassed or humiliated in my life. I filed bankruptcy a few years ago and was asked to pay a $250 fee for being labeled a Bad Debt Patient, I got up and said I wasn’t paying a fee for something I don’t owe - (waiting room is full as it 4:30pm) and the BILLING lady (I will not say her name) yells in front of everybody as I’m half way out the door “IF YOU PAID BILLS AND WASNT IN BANKRUPTCY YOU WOULDNT BE THIS BOAT!” I repeat NEVER give your money or time to... read more

In and out with GREAT care and the staff is GREAT!!!!
Very disappointed in my experience today. Made what I thought was an “appointment time” this morning, and came the 10 minutes early as noted. When we were called to the front desk, we were told that the wait was and hour to an hour and a half. Evidently my “appointment time” is not valid if they are busy. Website doesn’t communicate this at all. Had to forfeit my scheduled time because we couldn’t stay for 90 minutes. Wasted my time today.

The nurses need to really consider the way they are speaking about people. When you’re speaking in the hallway about “the big boy in room 4” and it’s extremely rude a disrespectful to the patient, especially considering said patient is a grown man Who is neither overweight or acting like a baby.
Don’t expect for them to help if you are in pain then spend your money at another place. My husband threw his back out and is in so much pain he is shaking and the dr refused to give him medicine that will work to help his pain. Basically my husband is suffering because of the dr. Stay far away!!!!!! Animals get treated better!!
I used to love the urgent care facility. we have had great service the for my kids and grandkids. However today was a different story. Walked in and first thing receptionist said was no xrays, then she wanted payment for the last trip insurance had not even made payment on. the receptionist, Adrienne, was rude and it was more then evident she did not want us there. Sad because it was a great place for quick medical care. off the swift creek ER for us from now on.
We were checked in right away. Front desk staff extremely courteous and helpful. We waited about 5 min for a room. The NP who treated me was awesome. L Haog was friendly, informative and super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely use again!
