Way better than patient first. I have never had to wait to check in or for an exam room. The facility looks like a regular medical office with actual doors for the exam rooms instead of curtains.
If my family and I can't get to our regular PCP. This is absolutely where we go! Haven't had a bad experience yet!
I travel 45 minutes beyond my primary care and pay a higher (barely) Co pay to come here. The care is ALWAYS fast, friendly and efficient. I arrived this morning at 745 (no appt) and was on my way to pharmacy by 9. The staff is always top notch.
Great place ...highly recommend...I am so much better. Bronchitis...the only place that helped me.
Had to make a Christmas Day visit to get stitches for my three year old. I was so impressed with how quickly we were seen and by the service we received. Everyone was so efficient and did an excellent job of helping to make the experience as pain free as possible for my daughter. Best experience I have had at an urgent care.
First visit made an appointment and was seen within in 7 minutes of my arrival. They were kind and very professional. Would recommend them to everyone who needs a fast response when your feeling poorly.
This is about the third or fourth time I have made a visit to Better Meds -was registered ,seen, diagnosed and sent on my way within 30 min-everybody polite and caring !!!
