My ear was hurting so my mom took me to check it out apparently I have swimmers ear so bettermed suggested I take some drops to stop the pain thanks bettermed
I was in severe pain when i arrived, not an easy place to check into, and if you are like me and don't always have all your insurances and shit together, they won't see you. Hour later after sitting in the parking lot i gathered info for them and was seen right a way. Great back office staff. Lots of trainees. And cell phone use. Over all ok experience.
Pulled my toenail up. Took me in the back as soon done registering. I was out in under 30 minutes! Everyone was very kind, treated me with care and compassion!!
My daughter was seen for issues associated with severe scoliosis. Simon went over the top in treating my daughter. He stayed past closing and made excellent recommendations and gave sound guidance. The only downside to our visit was the front desk staff. My daughter and I arrived around 7:45pm and another gentleman entered right behind us. Very easy check in, thorough exam, friendly staff and follow up information provided.
Went in for an out of control case of poison ivy/sumac/oak and the staff was awesome!! On the road to recovery by that evening. Hope to not be back any time soon but I do know where I will go the next time I need to.
On Tuesday, I went to the ER with a sinus infection. They gave me nose spray and augmentin. Yesterday (Thursday), my husband took me to Better Med. The doctor listened to me and my concerns. Twelve hours later I am on better medications and starting to feel better!! The staff are very friendly and courteous!
I always like going to Better Med medical treatment. This time however my son was the one to receive treatment. The front desk was very professional and helpful.The medical staff is amazing ,very sharp and organized. It is comforting to know you can have faith in a organization that looks after their patients.
