We were at the pool and my son sliced his toe open on the slide. The staff at Bettermed was awesome! Beckah was his nurse and she talked him through every step of the care she and Simon were providing. He ended up with 5 stitches and a lot of TLC. Simon was very professional, yet comforting for my son. This was our 3rd visit to Bettermed. Each time we've been super pleased with the quality of care!

Great experience!!! Went in with a child complaining of a painful ear. The front office staff was quick to grab us as we walked through the door. The facility was clean and modern. Was very impressed that there was absolute no waiting time!! We were in & out in less than 30 minutes! Definitely worth the 1 hour drive & will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you for offering this service!
