Just had a heatpump for heating and cooling and underfloor heating installed with betterplanet, they have all been very professional and have been very flexible adjusting the system to meet my needs. When the job needed to get a move on they put extra hands on the job and it has felt like they genuinely want to do the best job possible. All there plumbing and electrical work has been very neat using good quality products. I recommend them thoroughly.
We used Better Planet to design, supply and install our ground source heating system. This included the necessary ground works. This very significant project was carried out on time and on budget. The team is very capable, trustworthy and responsive and I would recommend them highly.
Used them to install a solar PV system. Installation was done in a professional manner. They have a great team, shout out to the twins, Mark and Stephanie for being so accommodating. If you want your PV install done properly contact these guys.
Be wary of this company. We paid over £40K for a ground source heat pump system. They configured the pump incorrectly which as a result cost us a fortune in wasted electricity and (after asking for help for several months) when we finally figured out the problem they blamed us rather than accepting any responsibility.
