23min appointment, Sent away with stretches which would be sent to me in an email. No diagnosis or explanation as to what the stretches are trying to target, improve or how long it should be before I would expect to see an improvement. Told to ome back in 2 weeks. Pretty poor.
David was professional and personable when advising me of required treatment, giving full details of how to complete my exercise regime. He monitors my progress on each visit, adding new exercises where appropriate and has listened to my concerns regarding one which has been adapted to fit in with my needs.
David is great - very professional - seems very patient with clients who might do "too much". I am very confident he is going to get me back to the sport I love.
Great service from Better Physiotherapy, who has a professional and affable manner. She undertook a comprehensive assessment and then gave me clear advice and guidance with a very helpful outcome plus lots of exercise modules. I can happily recommend this service with anyone required this service.
