I visited bettermobility for my first ever mobility assessment which is a daunting thing and I was warmly welcomed and put at ease with the lovely staff.Lee warner the seating specialist took his time to listen to me and was so knowledgeable and helpful Bettermobility provided me with exactly what was needed in a kind helpful timely manner and there aftercare service is second to none. I would highly recommend this wonderful company

I deeply regret purchasing an electric wheelchair from Better Mobility. I was advised by that a canvas backrest was suitable for my needs. I was young and trusted this recommendation. Unfortunately, this decision led to severe spinal inflammation, chronic pain, and neurological issues—conditions that have are more debilitating than my original disability. What can I say apart from WOW, what an amazing experience dealing with Better Mobilty, and in particular Rebecca (Becca) Marsh. Becca was so professional, polite and helpful, she cared and went above and beyond; if it wasn’t for Becca I would have gone elsewhere to purchase the empulse F35. She sourced the additional components I needed for my particular wheelchair in very short timeframe and had the F35 and parts sent to me overnight.
