Anyone on a journey to heal would be lucky to have Esther as their therapist. She brings her years of knowledge and expertise to the therapy room and balances that with a deep curiosity for each individual's experience. She is warm, empathic, thoughtful, and passionate in her work with clients. I would (and do) highly recommend Esther and Better Horizons Therapy!

Esty is kind, nonjudgmental, supportive, and understanding. She has a very calm and cheerful manner which makes talking and collaborating easy and fun. She also really cares deeply about helping people with a method that’s fitted to them, instead of sticking with a single type of methodology or practice.
