honestly cannot complain. lovely staff in the brighton office, flexible working hours and a good sense of purpose. however the office will call you at annoying times and constantly ask you to cover outstandings but generally a good experience. was tough at first and never easy, but also never boring. always felt heard and my needs were accommodated to. love this company :)

Rude staff
This one star is for Sandra Yasmin kuba Emily nana who had been amazing careers to mum for her time at better health and I fully trusted to keep mum safe and clean,if I put more stars that would mean I thought the other carers were good well let’s say some need more training and understanding of there clients needs they also use to many agencie staff who don’t care for the clients at all , the office well some were nice and some were let’s say need more training on how to talk to people right we left this company as mum was ... read more
