Tom and Matthew were outstanding!! Turned up on time, we're sooo lovely and friendly they actually let my 7 yr old son 'help' them load the van and 'paid' him £1 for his hardwork - my son was chuffed! I've used Anyvan in the past, who were appalling so I was a bit apprehensive that Better Call Tom would also let me down. They did quite the opposite and exceeded my expectations, taking excellent care moving our furniture.
