Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, I hired Better Call Moe for an end-of-tenancy deep clean, and they exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend this service enough - I’m a clean freak and the flat below me was renovating which meant a lot of dust crept into every corner of my flat. Not only are the team exceptionally thorough, they are also very warm and friendly. At the end of their service, they invited me to check and confirm I was happy before they left. The place looks cleaner than when I moved in. I’ve used Moe’s team before and I will continue to going forward 🙏
As an overseas landlord, it’s crucial to have reliable, professional help on the ground and Better Call Moe delivered exactly that. I booked a pre-tenancy clean and the entire process was seamless. The clean itself was thorough and to a very high standard, and I was especially impressed by the detailed before-and-after photos provided. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing the property was in excellent shape for new tenants. Outstanding service all around and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!
The quality of the cleaning is pretty bad. The prices are low though. The team was polite, but did a bad job.
